Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

I got this recipe off  and after making a few changes to my liking here is my recipe. I think you will agree these are amazing brownies. Super chocolatey and oh soooo yummy! I warm left overs in the microwave for 10 seconds… omg! chocolate heaven. Enjoy!
The best gluten free brownie recipe with dark chocolate

3/4 gluten free flour (almond and sweet rice flour combo)
1 cup sugar (brown or white)
3/4 cup melted chocolate
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
To make it easy, I melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl using a microwave, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Add 1/2 cup of nuts, etc., if desired.
Spread in an 8×8-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Cool. Cut. Wrap and freeze.
To make these brownies minty, add 2 teaspoons peppermint extract to the batter.
so super yummy!
